Digital Products
All products sold by DR PUNTER are digital products. Upon successful payment, digital football prediction and analysis content is made available to you electronically.
General Policy
Because our products are digital in nature and are made available immediately upon successful payment, we are generally unable to offer refunds once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
This is consistent with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, which recognise that digital goods delivered and accessed immediately may be exempt from the standard cooling-off period.
When a Refund May Be Considered
We will consider a refund request in the following circumstances:
- You were charged but did not receive access to your digital content due to a technical delivery failure on our side.
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.
- The content delivered was materially different from the product you purchased.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
What We Do Not Refund
We do not offer refunds on the basis that a football prediction did not result in a winning outcome. Our products provide analytical content only and no result or financial return is guaranteed.
